Taste caribbean specialties in the beach of Red Hook Bay, the Nautical Mecca of Caribbean located on the east and then anchor in the main harbor to the south Charlotte Amalie to enjoy swimming and water sports. Spend the day into the town of pastel tones villas and warehouses that used to contain indigo, tobacco, now days house silk, crystal, linens, leather and exotic fragrances and stop for a coffee at the Squirrel Cage coffee shop. Visit the National Park Head Quarters and feed iguanas with hibiscus flowers, Government House built 1867, the 99Steps Castle’s Tower built in 1679, the Market Square with a variety of African fabrics and tropical fruits. Don’t forget to buy hot caribbean sauce and enjoy glady smile at Glady’s Caffe. Taste 2pound Caribbean lobster specialty during a latin night at the tavern on the Waterfront. During the day the tender may take to the Brewer’s Beach to enjoy a long stretch powdery white sand, Coki beach next to the Coral World - a popular snorkeling sport, Hull Bay on the north shore, ideal for surfing, Magens Bay spectacular white sand and calm waters, Sapphire Beach where snorkeling and other sports are excellent at the reef. Dive sites feature Rex such as Cartaser Sr. and the General Roger. Reef dives offer hidden caves and archways at Cow and Calf Rocks, coral covered, pinnacles at Frenchcap and tunnels.

St John is blessed with many beaches, those along the north shore are all within the National Park. The south and eastern shores are quite are isolated. Swim in Leinster Bay, explore & hike to a sugar mill at Annaberg plantnation, dine formally at Caneel Bay Resort and taste the fresh berry cups with Chambord and caramel. You’ll find excellent gifts at the Pink Papaya, Bamboula and Blue Carib Gems. After a sunset drink on board or at Ellington’s enjoy a Reggae band at Fred’s or alternatively in Cannel Bay Resort.

Visit the Cane Garden Bay and admire the architecture of Horse Shoe! One of the four small islets called TOBAGO CAYS, is a fabulous national park where snorkeling and diving are superb. BVI are the spectaculars islands for diving and snorkeling, clear water and numerous reefs afford a wonderful opportunity for underwater exploration. Dive sites in Alice in Wonderland, in the Deep Dive south of Ginger Island, the Blond Rock, the Brewers Bay Pinnacle, the Chikuzen, the Coral- Encrusted 1867 wreck of the British mail steamer R.M.S. Rhone. With tender visit shallow waters of Anegada to fishing and taste grilled lobster in a beach bar.
